Pile Cages

Xpress Steel Reinforcing’s pile cage machine allows for helical pile cages to be quickly, accurately, and efficiently made.  The helical pile cages can be up to 12 metres long (with the ability to splice to any length required). Diameters from 100mm to 1500mm, longitudinal rebar from N12 to N40mm and the helical bar sizes from 10 to 16mm.

Pile Cages are great for long or large projects where consistency and price become key. Hand fabrication service is offered for cogged or square pile cages. All prefabricated cages are tagged for easy identification on site.

For local Melbourne or Victorian deliveries, Xpress Steel Reinforcing have a crane truck semi or rigid available for delivery.  The drivers are fully trained in safe unloading and loading to make sure your project is delivered without issues.
